[libtorrent] Build Bugs

Anyway master of today's date appears to have the issues above resolve

piece_picker.hpp(656): error C2338: unexpected struct size

feel free to comment out that static_assert. I'll have to take a look at
what's going on. perhaps it's a 32bit vs. 64 bit thing
