[libtorrent] resolve_countries() replacement in 1.1

Hi,

torrent_handle::resolve_countries() seems to be deprecated in libtorrent
1.1, though I could not find any replacement for it. Could you please point
me to it, if there is one?

resolving IP addresses to locations is no longer considered within the
scope of libtorrent and better done by external libraries.
